Last updated: September 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FitRange mobile application (the "App"), operated by One Eleven Holdings LLC.
Terms Acceptance
By downloading or using FitRange, you agree to these Terms. FitRange provides strength-training tracking and a motivational progress experience for your personal fitness journey.
App Usage
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. FitRange offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to the App's full feature set.
Trial Period
New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the standard rate.
Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account at the price shown at purchase (e.g. $9.99/month or $49.99/year). Prices are subject to change per Apple's policies.
Renewal Policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the period end.
Managing Account
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Please note that deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. One Eleven Holdings LLC does not directly process refunds or manage billing adjustments for App Store purchases.

Ownership Rights
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by One Eleven Holdings LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or modify any part.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner. Violations may result in termination of your access to the services.
Warranty Info
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Eleven Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or punitive damages.
